Pengembang turut mengatasi sejumlah crash saat boot, runtime, maupun subsistem yang muncul dalam kondisi tertentu.<\/p>\n<p>Sejumlah penyesuaian keseimbangan gameplay diterapkan dalam pembaruan ini. Pengembang menyetel ulang parameter global pada skenario DLC2 untuk menyeimbangkan kebutuhan pangan dan tingkat penyakit, memperbaiki variasi timeline cuaca agar lebih adil di berbagai tingkat kesulitan, serta menghilangkan kemungkinan suhu turun hingga -40 derajat selama 100 pekan pada Act 2. Kemunculan Resistance untuk pertama kali di Aurora juga diperlambat, dengan biaya senjata untuk kemampuan tentara Resistance diturunkan secara signifikan.<\/p>\n<p>Pada aspek sumber daya, 11 bit studios menambahkan outpost batu bara tambahan di Frostland, menurunkan tingkat kesulitan eksplorasi sejumlah wilayah terdekat, serta meningkatkan stok awal material dan prefab dari 30 menjadi 130.
