“Resident Evil: Extinction” adalah film aksi horor fiksi ilmiah tahun 2007, merupakan installment ketiga dalam seri film Resident Evil yang diadaptasi dari video game karya Capcom. Disutradarai oleh Russell Mulcahy, film ini melanjutkan kisah Alice (Milla Jovovich) di dunia pasca-apokaliptik yang hancur akibat penyebaran T-Virus oleh Umbrella Corporation. This time, Alice joins a group of survivors, including Claire Redfield (Ali Larter), on a journey across the Nevada desert in search of safety, while they are pursued by zombies and a new threat in the form of monstrous mutations. On the other hand, Dr. Umbrella's Isaacs (Iain Glen) continues to experiment with viruses to create biological weapons, which complicates Alice's struggle.
