The Film tells The Story of Ben Whittaker (Robert De Niro), a retired 70-year-old intern at an online fashion company owned by Jules Ostin (Anne Hathaway), a young CEO who is energetic but overwhelmed managing his work and personal life. Although initially considered irrelevant due to his age, Ben gradually becomes a wise figure who helps Jules through his life experiences.
Compatibility for children:

- Suitable for teens (13+ years old) with parental accompaniment, but less suitable for young children because the storyline focuses more on the dynamics of work and adult life.
- Positive Message:
- Emphasize values such as hard work, intergenerational collaboration, empathy and life balance.
- Ben's character became a role model in terms of courtesy, patience, and wisdom.
- Limitations for the child:

- Some conflicts (such as marriage issues) may not yet be relevant for children to understand.
Recommendations:
- Watch alternatives for children: If you're looking for a movie with a similar theme but more kid-friendly, try Paddington (2015) or The Karate Kid (1984/2010) featuring inspirational mentors with lighter content.
- For teens, The Intern it can be an entertaining and educational spectacle, especially if discussed with parents.
Conclusion: The Intern not a children's film, but suitable for teenagers with guidance. The focus on adult life values makes it less attractive to a small audience.
